Consider substrate type, machine speed, application temperature, viscosity/flow, and end-use scenario: • Panel edge banding → EVA / PUR; • Mattress bonding → SBS pressure-sensitive / APO; • High heat & chemical resistance → PUR; • General packaging & automation → EVA, APO. Yes. HUJUMP hot melt adhesives are 100% solid content, solvent-free, non-toxic, and low-odor. They comply with REACH, RoHS, OEKO-TEX, SGS and other international safety and environmental standards.

• No glue output: Check for nozzle blockage, insufficient air pressure, or low temperature; clean filters and nozzles regularly. • Stringing: Increase glue temperature slightly, reduce application amount, and keep the environment temperature stable.

Low temperatures may reduce surface wetting and initial tack. We recommend: • Preheating substrates; • Increasing glue tank/roller temperature; • Speeding up edge banding to reduce exposure time; • Using HUJUMP’s winter low-temperature formulas (e.g., 7030, 8010, 8030 series).
